“ No one in reception,to acknowledge your arrival,and it was downright weird to sit in silence not knowing what to do.A charming young man came out of a door at the right time,and apologised,as he is the only person there. Also, the next person was also nonplussed, as she started shouting hello,hello whilst he was doing my mouth scan. So everyone is perplexed by this lack of reception and acknowledgement on arrival. �

“ The lady who did my scan was delightful . Very professional , she noticed that although I was only having a scan one side , the plural teeth was used on the referral , and made an effort to confirm , it was only the one side , singular .
Also very good company for the short period I was there , entirely good and agin professional experience enhanced by her demeanour and care
She should be commended please

“ Clinical staff brilliant, just a little confusing when you arrive as there is no one there to greet you. There is a sign to say take a seat, which I didn’t see until walking around looking for someone. Would be more welcoming if someone was there when you arrive. �
