“ I forgot to ask if I could have a copy of the images taken on the CT Scan and the 3D scan. Is this option something you would normally offer patients? I am biological imaging specialist and it would be nice to have access to the data. Thank you �

Everything went very well with only one exception and that was finding the place.
There are two doors with the same sign and does cause confusion to clients.
I suggest you put up a bigger more clearly designed company sign.
Other than that I was very pleased with the procedure.

“ I'm not sure why this had to take place in London, rather than up North where I originally booked the appointment, hence the marking down for convenience.
The scan felt a little rushed. I couldn't check the scan protocol before the appointment because there was no reception in the basement. When the scan was taken, the clinician didn't go over word for word what I was supposed to do. (There were only about 4 simple points.) Her interpretation of them was a little vague, so when I tried remembering what I was supposed to do off the top of my head, I didn't get it quite right. Other than that, everything else was spot on during the appointment.
