“ Friendliness of the person taking my scan stood out. The fact that there is no person at reception or button to press to communicate you have arrived was really weird. I went upstairs to find someone...all the doors were closed and there was no sound. It was kind of spooky. My husband had told me it was a 'weird place' - and it felt it! To be fair I was a little late and the scan technician said he had come down (and then gone up again) but it didn't feel proffessional at all. �
