“ I was very impressed with all the staff who made me feel very welcome. I arrrived 30mins early and was able to relax in the ground floor waiting area and had a cup of tea. Fortunately I was able to have an earlier dental scan. The lady whi scanned me was very polite and the whole procedure very straight forward. I have been very impressed with the booking process. I had to change my appointment a few times due to illnesss. Despite this I have always received my appointments via e-mail plus a text before the day. All I can say is - well done CT dent you are fantastic. �

“ The appointment was fine when I could find the clinic. the postcode given was not helpfull at at and the fact that I could not speak to someone ment that I was looking in the generail area for near 30 minutes so when I eventually found it I was worried that I had missed my appointment slot but thankfully the young man was very helpful so I was still able to have my scan done otherwise I would have not been a happy man.

I would suggest that a map of the location is a must to avoind this confusion. �
